Spring Retreat
For the past seven years, the Spring Retreat at Milarepa Retreat Center has been centered around calm abiding meditation and insight practices, as presented in the Karma Kagyu and Shangpa Kagyu Mahāmudrā traditions. This spring we will continue with this tradition, this time exploring calm abiding (shamatha) and insight (vipashyanā) in the Dzogchen tradition as presented by Chögyal Namkhai Norbu Rinpoche.
Sessions will combine yogic practices of movement, breathwork, and contemplation, as well as supplementary sadhana practices.
Accommodations are limited, please contact karma@mocd.org if you don’t plan on camping.
The retreat fee covers the operating costs and does not include a donation for the teaching.

No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
