Dream Yoga Essence
Dream Yoga Essence  is a virtual reality program developed in collaboration with the CIRCL lab at the University of Virginia’s Contemplative Science Center,  Ken Paller’s Sleep and Dream Lab at Northwestern University, and Numadelic Labs
Numadelics is an emerging medium of ceremonial and contemplative practice in virtual reality, utilizing a minimalistic aesthetic that has been shown to facilitate self-transcendent experiences, group connectedness, and contemplative insights. For links to the science, click here.
Based on the ancient teachings of the Kashmiri yogini Niguma, “Dream Yoga Essence” is the latest Numadelic program to have been developed, and is currently being studied under a grant from the Tiny Blue Dot foundation.
This will be the first public program featuring this technology, led by Lama Karma Wall, lead facilitator of Numadelic Labs and lead designer of “Dream Yoga Essence”.
The program will feature 4 VR sessions, followed by online guidance and discussion to help participants dream more vividly, recognize their dreams, gain lucidity, and develop the capacity to transform their dreams for the benefit of themselves and others.
Sessions will run Mondays from 7-9 PM Eastern, Â February 2 ,9, 16 & 23
You will need your own Oculus Quest 2 or later headset. Instructions for set-up will be given once registration has been completed.
